its'a Glaceon~! 

Her name is Yukiko, and unlike the other Eeveelutions, she's a little more "cold" around others
even towards them!
She and Kurono are a little similar in that aspect, but for Kurono it's that she has a hard time talking to others and for Yukiko it's that she finds most people annoying ^^;

and last but least will be Eevee themselves! I say "himself" because I want their identity to be a surprise, so that means the gender too! :D
